Guests Arrive

The venue team will show guests to their rooms. Once settled, everyone is welcome to gather and relax in the garden.

4:00 PM

Ceremony

The wedding ceremony takes place in the garden. Duration approximately 45 minutes.

5:00 PM

Drinks Reception

Prosecco and Tuscan appetizers served by the pool. Photographs will be taken during this time.

7:00 PM

Dinner & Speeches

Sit-down dinner on the terrace, followed by speeches from the wedding party.

9:00 PM

Evening Reception

The evening opens with the first dance. Music and drinks continue through the evening.

1:00 AM

Close of Evening

The venue is open until late. For those staying in other accommodation, we recommend booking a taxi in advance.

Dress code: Smart, warm-weather attire. August in Tuscany is hot, with daytime temperatures often reaching the low-to-mid 30s°C. We suggest light, breathable fabrics, and a hat or sunglasses for the outdoor moments. The venue has lawn and gravel areas, so guests wearing heels may wish to bring flat shoes also.

We kindly ask that female guests avoid wearing white or cream, reserving those colours alone for the bride. Aside from that, we’d love for you to dress to impress for a formal celebration in the Italian sunshine.
